PaddingtonCentral has been designed with people in mind.
At street level it is virtually vehicle free; only taxis or
VIP vehicles dropping off or picking up have access via Bishop’s Bridge Road. A separate entrance for servicing and parking is accessed from the Harrow Road roundabout at Level –2. Pedestrians gain access from the bridge and canal towpath which provide a direct link into Paddington Station.
