Development Securities announces Agreement for Lease

Development Securities today announces that global pharmaceutical company, AstraZeneca has signed an agreement to lease 50,000 sq ft at Two Kingdom Street, PaddingtonCentral. This is the first letting at Two Kingdom Street, which is owned by Aviva Investors and Quinlan Private and is due for completion in early 2010. Two Kingdom Street comprises 230,000 sq ft of net prime office accommodation and 22,000 sq ft of high-end studio space.
AstraZeneca, which currently has offices in Mayfair, is seeking to relocate to more modern, flexible and cost-efficient office space in the capital with strong transport links.
