The tree-lined boulevard is named after Isambard Kingdom Brunel, the engineer of genius responsible for Paddington Station and the Great Western Railway.

The striking developments on Kingdom Street will provide a total of one million square feet of Grade A office space. Environmental measures incorporated in the design have already achieved a BREEAM rating of 'Excellent' for One Kingdom Street.
